Aside from its stunning yet minimal design, The Muted Loft is west facing and offers unobstructed views of the downtown skyline, multiple sets within the room to shoot, large grid windows throughout, lots of natural sunlight, and a fire escape to capture the most epic shots for your project and portfolio. Hoping to spark inspiration, we designed this space with the creative in mind by creating a muted blank canvas to fit any mold. The Muted Loft is perfect for a wide range of genres, and thats what we love about it. When you walk in the room you are transported to another realm that only you can define. THINGS TO KNOW
HOURS OF OPERATION:
-The building is open 24 hours
ELEVATOR ACCESS:
-There is 1 freight elevator on site 15ft deep and run by an attendant
-Operating Hours Monday-Friday 8am-6pm | Saturday 8am-1pm | Sunday - Upon Request $
STAIRS:
-The stairs can be accessed at any time of the day.
-Please note that we are located on the 5th floor. If you plan on booking during non-elevator hours, please pack accordingly and inform your team.
SOUNDPROOF:
-Our space has been insulated to help with outside noise HOWEVER it is not soundproof. *Please make proper arrangements if you plan on shooting any audio in the space.
TIME:
-Please be aware that your BOOKING TIME INCLUDES YOUR SET UP AND BREAK DOWN TIME as well. Please book accordingly to avoid any additional late fees or charges.
**Your booking starts at the registered time regardless of if you are running late. This rule has NO EXCEPTIONS as there might be a booking right after yours which cannot be pushed back because of your tardiness.
**If you are running late to your booking or need additional time than initially expected please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please remember this is a creative space for industry professionals. To maintain the Integrity, Cleanliness and the space standard we ask that you respect and follow the house rules. Working as a community we will be able to ensure everyone has the same 5-star experience during their booking.
*Misuse of the space and Failure to abide by the house rules can lead to hefty fines, booking ending early, cleaning fees and more.
- Please do not drag the furniture or props on the floor. If you need something moved, please ask for assistance prior to your booking and we will happily accommodate. Note that all furniture and props require a minimum of 2 people to lift and move properly/safely.
- For everyones safety there are security cameras installed in each space (No recording in restrooms or changing areas)
Smoke machines are allowed
-No nudity allowed (Suggested Nudity okay -please reach out for clarification)
